SuperSport came from behind after a great individual goal from Thuso Phala in the 111th minute which handed Gordon Igesund’s side a 3-2 win over Platinum Stars in the final of the 2014 Telkom Knockout.

According to KickOff, Sibiya is adamant that Igesund can steer the club further up the PSL standings after tasting silverware in Soweto over the weekend.

“We will be there in the top three. Watch this space,” said Sibiya.

“We’ve got a trophy in the bag now so we have nothing to lose and with Gordon Igesund as our coach, I believe we will finish in the top three.”

Meanwhile Matsatsantsa will return to PSL action as they prepare to face Pitso Mosimane’s Mamelodi Sundowns on Wednesday, December 03.

Kick-off is at 19:30.
