Rosslee not satisfied

Cape Town – Moroka Swallows coach Craig Rosslee admits that his side’s performance against Black Leopards was well under par despite victory.

Swallows moved top of the promotion/relegation play-off standings following a 2-0 win over Leopards on Wednesday.

According to KickOff, Vuyisile Wana scored twice to hand Swallows an early advantage in their bid to secure a spot in next season's Premiership.

Rosslee says that in the second half the Dube Birds allowed the NFD side to dictate things which frustrated the coach.

"I thought we started well in the first half, in the first 45 minutes, but second half we dropped off too deep, we allowed them to play," said Rosslee.

"It looks like the eights days' rest took its toll on the players, the pitch was a bit heavy, but we scored two well-taken goals.

"They're a dangerous side, they kept us busy, it was a really tough game for us, just credit to the boys because they stuck to the task. It was a very good game, I think a good game of football from both teams."
