Sundowns and Bidvest Wits will both have the chance to put the pressure firmly
on Premiership leaders Kaizer Chiefs when they lock horns at the Bidvest Stadium.

The Brazilians currently sit second in the top-flight
standings, trailing Amakhosi by 10 points, but holding a game in hand over
their title rivals, who are only in action 24 hours later.
That means Pitso Mosimane's men could cut the gap to just
seven points with 10 league matches remaining in the campaign, giving the
Tshwane giants plenty of inspiration ahead of the tie, if indeed they needed
Wits, though, will prove no pushovers and currently sit tied
on points with Sundowns, with only goal difference separating the two sides at
this stage of the campaign.
The Students also boast a run of seven league matches
without defeat, with five of those having ended in victory for Gavin Hunt's
men, who also progressed to the Nedbank Cup last 16 after seeing off Free State
Stars a fortnight ago.
The Clever Boys did, however, suffer an implosion at the
weekend as they let slip a 3-0 first-leg lead in their CAF Confederations Cup
clash against Royal Leopards to draw 3-3 on aggregate before losing on
Sundowns, meanwhile, proved too much for St Michel United in
the CAF Champions League as they recorded a 3-0 win on Saturday to cruise into
the first round with a 4-1 aggregate win.
On the team front, neither side have any suspension concerns
to deal with, although for Sundowns, Bongani Zungu, Cuthbert Malajila and Teko
Modise are all just one booking away from picking up match bans.
Wits find themselves in an identical boat, with Dillon
Sheppard, Maliele Pule and Sibusiso Vilakazi all walking the yellow card
tightrope, and although both sides have reported no fresh injury concerns, the
respective coaches may consider rotating their squads, given their continental
excursions at the weekend.
