Pollen backs Ntshangase for PSL move

Cape Town - Kaizer Chiefs and Orlando Pirates legend, Pollen Ndlanya, has backed Bafana Bafana attacking midfielder, Siphelele Ntshangase, for a big move to the PSL.

The 22-year-old is on the books of NFD side, Black Leopards, but been linked with a big move to PSL giants Orlando Pirates and Mamelodi Sundowns.

“Look, the player has showed potential in the Bafana Bafana squad playing the CHAN competition and a move to the PSL might even improve his game,” Ndlanya told Sport24.

“He needs to be tested regularly at the big level and maybe moving to one of the big side in the PSL is what he career needs at the moment.”

The former Bafana Bafana striker said he has been impressed by the midfielder, who scored a hat trick in the first leg 3-0 win over Mauritius in a match he netted a brace.

Ntshangase also featured in yesterday’s 2-0 win over the same opponents to help Bafana Bafana advance to the next round of the competition with a 5-0 aggregate score.
