Cape Town - Mamelodi Sundowns coach Pitso Mosimane admits he is happy with the way his squad are developing during pre-season training following Wednesday's friendly win over Zesco United.
The Brazilians are currently in Zambia on the second leg of their tour and followed up Tuesday's 1-0 win over Mufulira Wanderers with victory against FAZ Super League champions United at the Levy Mwanawasa Stadium, thanks to Cuthbert Malajila's lone strike.
And, with just over three weeks to go until the start of the 2015/16 Premiership season, Mosimane is pleased with the progress of the team.
"Obviously for any team it is good to win. They are narrow wins but they all count as wins. I think the team is improving slowly," Mosimane is quoted as saying by SuperSport.
"What is important is to the get the body in the right shape. What is also important is to make the new players fit into the system and there is no better way to do that than by winning."
