Pirates tipped to sign Gyimah?

Cape Town - Orlando Pirates are reportedly looking to bolster their options with a move for SuperSport United defender Edwin Gyimah.

According to ghanasoccernet.com, Gyimah has agreed to link up with the Bucs ahead of the 2015/16 PSL season.

However, those claims have been rubbished by the club, with Soccer Laduma reporting that Pirates have not secured the signature of the 24-year-old.

The Ghana international is currently with the national team ahead of their 2017 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier match against Mauritius on Saturday.

Gyimah was a target for the Bucs while he was on the books of SuperSport United, but subsequently joined Mpumalanga Black Aces on a season-long loan after a move failed to materialise.

He made 23 appearances for AmaZayoni last season, scoring one goal in the process.
