Speaking to Stars’ official website, Phiri is determined to cover as much ground during the PSL recess as he feels that Ea Lla Koto need to address certain areas in their game.
“Since we have come back our training has been very good,” said Phiri.
“The whole of this week, the players have been performing very well and we have addressed certain things which needed to be addressed.
“Some of those things we are still addressing.
“Also we have worked a lot on defending and being more aggressive when we are attacking.”
Free State go head-to-head against SuperSport United on Wednesday, February 11 in their first Premiership game of the year.
Kick-off is scheduled for 19:30.
