Cape Town - SuperSport United midfielder Thuso Phala believes his side will face a tricky match against Mpumalanga Black Aces in Mbombela on Saturday.
Phala says that having Dean Furman join the team has come at the right time and this will bring more substance to the team and this will make them stronger contenders for the PSL title.
“It’s going to be an away game for us which is nerve-wrecking but after beating Pirates we have a much needed confidence boost,” he told Sport24.
“Having Dean coming on the team is boost for us become he will bring in more composure and substance to an already strong team.
“We are very excited with the choice that coach made. Hopefully he adapts much quicker to how we play but knowing him we trust he will do that.
“We hope to show up against Black Aces and ruffle them up a bit on the field. I personally am looking forward to this match.
“Away matches are always a exhilarating and push teams to play even more, not that I am saying home ground advantage is easy but the pressure is always a bit less.
SuperSport United will see Mpumalanga Black Aces at the Mbombela stadium on Saturday, August 22.
Kick-off is set for 18:00.
