Papic believes in Masenamela

Cape Town - Polokwane City coach, Kosta Papic, believes Punch Masenamela can bring something new to the team although he is still adapting to the team’s style of play.

Papic, remains positive with the left-back and knows he is a good guy who will showcase a different side to his game in Polokwane.

"He’s trying, he’s trying," Papic told Sport24.

Although it has been regarded as a setback in his career, Punch is adamant that this is a great move for him as a player.

“It is very difficult to adapt to the style in this preparation time.

“It is not easy but he is a good guy but he is going to get used to it and adapt and he will show this season something different to what he has shown before, he concluded.”

The former Mamelodi Sundowns and Platinum Stars left-back, Punch, was initially attracted to his hometown team for the style of football they play.
