Mnyamane, who has formed a solid partnership up front for AmaTuks with Ugandan international Geofrey Masa, played a key role in his team's impressive results ahead of the mid-season break.
The 22-year-old forward scored five goals in eight matches during the awards period, helping Tuks claw their way to 12th place as they lifted themselves from the relegation zone.
Papic, meanwhile, continued to make an impact after being appointed Polokwane head coach in early October 2014.
The former Chippa United coach guided his squad to five wins from their eight fixtures during the period considered for the accolade, as they soared to sixth place in the league standings heading into the next phase of the campaign.
