Absa Premiership Team of the Week 4:

1. Patrick Tignyemb (Bloemfontein Celtic) – The goalkeeper has come a long way with Celtic and is starting to become more disciplined in his role. Back to back clean sheets for the Cameroonian.

2. Nazeer Allie (Bidvest Wits) – Was a surprise departure from Ajax Cape Town, but the experienced defender has been doing well for Wits and his assist for Jabulani Shongwe’s goal proved to be vital.

3. Bevan Fransman (Bloemfontein Celtic) – Solid defensive performance and the captain led his side to yet another clean sheet.

4. Bokang Thato Thlone (Free State Stars) – Helped Ernst Middendorp’s side to three important points - keeping his defensive area clean and to top it all off assisted with one of the goals.

5. Abbubaker Mobara (Ajax Cape Town) – The defender put in an excellent all-round performance and helped his club with a goal to secure top spot on the PSL log.

6. Jabulani Shongwe (Bidvest Wits) – After warming the bench for the Students, the midfielder got his first start and brought his 'A' game. Shongwe was awarded man of the match honours and scored the winning goal.

7. Musa Nyatama (Bloemfontein Celtic) – Scored Celtic’s second goal and has been a revelation for the club in midfield - constantly being involved.

8. Danny Venter (Free State Stars) – An assist and a goal gets Venter into this week’s best XI.

9. George Lebese (Kaizer Chiefs) – His having one of his best seasons in the PSL, may it continue because it is highly entertaining.

10. Lyle Lakay (Bloemfontein Celtic) – The energetic midfielder gets the nod in place of a second striker. Was the engine in Celtic’s attack against Maritzburg United and performed brilliantly on the counter.

11. Andrea Fileccia (Free State Stars) – Debut for Fileccia following his brace against Chippa United.
