Cape Town - Premier Soccer League CEO, Brand de Villiers has congratulated newly crowned 2014/15 National First Division (NFD) champions, Lamontville Golden Arrows.

Golden Arrows were promoted back to the Premier Division after spending only a year in the NFD. This follows their 1-1 draw against Cape Town All Stars in Durban on Sunday afternoon. Golden Arrows are now 57 points from 29 matches with only one block fixture remaining in the 2014/15 season.

De Villiers said: “The 2014/15 National First Division title race has been a great contest between some of the NFD clubs. Golden Arrows have been rewarded for showing consistency and determination throughout the season."
