According to KickOff, De Sa is remaining grounded after the Urban Warriors' impressive start to the new season.

De Sa was speaking in the lead up to Ajax’s next PSL encounter against Free State Stars.

“We are not worried about Chiefs,” said de Sa about Amakhosi who are holding firmly on top spot in the PSL.

Ajax Cape Town are currently in second position, four points adrift of the log leaders.

“You cannot worry about teams that are ahead or behind you.

"The main aim is to make sure you win your matches.”

The former Bidvest Wits coach says that the FIFA international break could not have come at a better time in order for his youthful squad to recuperate.

De Sa hopes to have Anssi Jaakkola, Granwald Scott, and Mosa Lebusa available when they entertain the Free State Stars at Athlone Stadium on Saturday, September 13.

Kick-off is scheduled for 20:15.
