Nxumalo gets August PSL award

Cape Town - Ajax Cape Town striker Prince Nxumalo has been named the Absa Premiership player of the Month of August.

The 25-year-old helped Ajax to a second spot finish in August netting three goals for the Ikamva side.

"I'd like to continue scoring goals and I wish Ajax wins trophies," said Nxumalo as quoted the PSL Twitter account.

Meanwhile, Nxumalo will shift his focus back to the League as the Urban Warriors welcome Polokwane City to Cape Town following the FIFA international break.

The PSL tie is set for Saturday, September 12 at Cape Town Stadium.

Kick-off is at 20:00.
