The 24-year-old has produced a number of eye-catching performances this season and knows that if he continues to maintain his current level, Bafana boss Shakes Mashaba will have no other option but to consider him for selection.

The former SuperSport United star made his international debut in 2011 and went on to feature a further two times for the men in green and gold.

"I know I will make it to Bafana Bafana, it's only a matter of time," Ntshumayelo told Soccer Laduma.

"I'm working hard at my club and that the most important thing for me.”

"I must remain injury free and if I can do that I'm sure I have a good chance of making it to the National squad."

Orlando Pirates overcame Polokwane City after Thabo Qalinge netted a second-half winner as Vladimir Vermezovic came from behind to book their place in the Telkom Knockout quarterfinals with a 2-1 win over Rise and Shine.
