Cape Town - Bloemfontein Celtic striker Vuyani Ntanga is hungry for more game time and is hoping that he will be given another chance to prove his worth.
His solitary goal helped Phunya Sele Sele get their first three points of the 2015/16 season with a 1-0 win over Orlando Pirates.
However, this weekend they turn their focus to the MTN8 Cup semi-final second leg against Kaizer Chiefs and the forward is hoping Clinton Larsen will put him in the strating XI again on Saturday, August 29.
“Obviously we play against a big team which is Kaizer Chiefs and we will go all out as players,” Ntanga said.
“We motivated as players and what we did in Bloemfontein, we going to do it at the FNB stadium.
“We know they have a goal advantage, but we have everything to fight for.
Ntanga said he will once again rise to the occasion if given a chance to start against Chiefs and said his team have to show the same spirit that helped them defeat Orlando Pirates in the midweek league.
“I believe in our team and with the energy and efforts that we put against Pirates we showed our quality and can do the same against Chiefs,” the midfielder said.
“Against Kaizer Chiefs is not going to be easy, but we also going there to fight and hopefully our supporters can come in big numbers to give us that support as usual."
Kick-off is at 20:15.
