Ngoma unsure of Pirates stay

Cape Town - Aubrey Ngoma is waiting on Orlando Pirates to talk about the way forward with his loan spell at Mpumalanga Black Aces coming to the end.

“There is nothing much to say about where I will be playing next season,” Ngoma told Sport24.

“I’m waiting to hear from Pirates and will take it from there, but all I can tell you is that I will be playing football in the new season.”

The 25-year-old winger started 21 of the 23 games he played at Aces scoring five times, including his stunning goal against Chiefs that was also a contender for a goal of the season during the PSL awards.

Ngoma has been linked with a return to Aces while Sport24 has learnt that a lot of clubs are interested in signing the winger including PSL returnees, Golden Arrows.

No! I think the smart thing to do is start again with a younger skipper ...

I'd keep Siya captain for now, but look to have someone else for 2027.
