Neeskens: We gave it away

Johannesburg - Mamelodi Sundowns coach Johan Neeskens believes that his side gave away two points after their 1-1 draw with Wits on Tuesday night.

The Brazilians were leading throughout most of the game thanks to an early strike from Nyasha Mushekwi but Muhmad Patel snatched a draw in stoppage time for the Clever Boys.

Neeskens was left to rue their missed chances and also feels that they were not aggressive enough on the night.

"I think we give this game away. It think we started very well, you have to score more out of the chances that you created. After that you let them come too much in the game, give them too much freedom. We were not aggressive enough," he said.

"In the second-half, we were also dominating. You get chances and you don't score. In the last 15 minutes you get a lot of opportunities from midfield, and then I think we were very sloppy in our decisions.

If you don't take advantage that, then something like today(Tuesday) could happen, but this is football and you have to start thinking about the next game."
