Durban - AmaZulu striker Bongani Ndulula has said his teammates' poor concentration cost them a vital point in their 2-1 defeat to runaway log leaders, Kaizer Chiefs, at the Moses Mabhida stadium on Wednesday night.
Wilfred Mugeyi’s men made a bright start to the game when 'Drogba' broke the deadlock in the 22nd minute, which they managed to hold onto until the 60th minute.
George Lebese's brace allowed Chiefs to leave Durban with all three points, his second coming in the 94th and final minute of the contest.
"We lost concentration in the end," said Ndulula.
"It is very painful and not a good thing to lose games like that.
"Our coach (Mugeyi) told us at half time to keep working the same way we did in the first half.
"We had a chance to seal the game at some point but we didn’t take our chances.
"But it’s those things that happen in football, eish."
The KwaZulu-Natal based outfit remains rooted to the bottom of the log with only four points after 10 rounds of the 2014/15 PSL season.
They will be looking to kickstart their campaign when they take on Platinum Stars on November 22.
