Cape Town - Clifford Mulenga says he is in "much better' shape than when he arrived for a trial at Ajax Cape Town three months ago.

The Zambian winger was handed a one-year deal at Ikamva during the off-season following a frustrating spell at Mpumalanga Black Aces.
He has not yet cemented his place in the starting line-up despite being one of the more experienced players in the young Urban Warriors squad.
The former CAF Young Player of the Year award winner feels his absence from the starting XI is justified, as he freely admits that his fitness levels were low when he joined.
"Honestly, right now I'm in much better shape than I was when I got here," Mulenga told Football411.
"The team did raise concerns about my fitness, but I feel now that I'm ready to put my hand up and say I'm ready for selection.
"It's now just up to the coach to see if I'm ready to get back into the team."
He has a tough task in hand as Ajax have made a good start to the new campaign, as they currently sit in second place in the league standings with 14 points from seven matches.
Kaizer Chiefs however will look to continue fine form in the PSL when they take on the Urban Warriors at Cape Town Stadium on Sunday, October 19.
KickOff at 15:30.
