Cape Town - Kaizer Chiefs chairperson Kaizer Motaung has intimated he would be willing to re-open contract negotiations with Mandla Masango, Tefu Mashamaite and Itumeleng Khune.

The trio parted ways with Amakhosi at the end of the recently concluded campaign following drawn-out contract talks with the representatives of the trio.
However, the players in question could still have a future at Naturena, if Motaung's comments are anything to go by.
"Our door is always open, but we haven't been approached by their intermediaries (agents)," Motaung was quoted as saying by africanfootball.com.
Chiefs unveiled former Maritzburg United coach Steve Komphela as their new mentor on Wednesday morning, but it's not yet clear whether arrival will convince the trio to return to the Soweto club.
