More PSL venue changes

Johannesburg - The venues of another three Premier Soccer League matches have been changed, the league has confirmed.

According to the supersport.com website, two of the matches involve Kaizer Chiefs, who have already had one of their game switched since the programme for the 2012-13 season was released.

They have now changed the venue of their next two home games.

The match on Saturday September 29 against newcomers Chippa United has been moved from Polokwane to Soccer City.

Chiefs’ next home game after that, against Bloemfontein Celtic on October 6, has been moved from Soccer City to the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium in Port Elizabeth. The game kicks off at 18:00.

Already changed is Chiefs' next league game against Wits, which is now next Monday at Mbombela Stadium in Nelspruit.

Lamontville Golden Arrows have moved their match at home to Black Leopards on September 29 from the Princess Magogo Stadium to Umlazi, which had been the preferred home ground but was closed by the PSL last season when there were resident protests nearby and teargas affected the players.

Ironically it was a match involving Leopards that had to be re-arranged.
