More 'Downs players want exit

Cape Town – Following the exit of Edward Manqele Mamelodi Sundowns’ striker Nyasha Mushekwi is keen for a move away from Chloorkop.

According to KickOff, Mushekwi is out of contract with Sundowns at the end of June 2015 but the Pretoria based club is looking to tie the player down so he cannot leave as a free agent if no other team is willing to sign him.

It is reported that the Zimbabwean heads to training everyday and spends training sessions in the gym alongside other players who are not in the first team.

Last month Sport24 reported that Wayne Sandilands, Rodney Ramagalela and Punch Masenamela are all looking to leave the club.

All three are unhappy about the lack of game time under Pitso Mosimane this season and are seeking a move away from the defending champions in order to secure some regular game time.

Meanwhile, Sundowns travel to the FNB stadium for their PSL clash with Kaizer Chiefs on Saturday, November 22.

Kick-off is at 15:30.

I'd keep Siya captain for now, but look to have someone else for 2027.
