Cape Town - Jomo Cosmos midfielder Thabo Monare says he is happy that he is back in action.

Monare missed the start of the season due to differences with the team but now he has signed a new two year deal and played his first game of the PSL when Ezenkosi played against SuperSport United.

Monare said that he was happy that he is playing again and back  in the team.

"I am happy that I am playing again," Monare said.

"It's good to be back in the team.

"It's good to be around the players as we have worked hard to be where we are now and we want to continue with our hard work."

On Wednesday, August 26 Cosmos played to their third consecutive draw of the season when they drew 0-0 with SuperSport.
