Trott Moloto (Gallo)
Jojhannesburg - Mamelodi Sundowns have appointed former Bafana Bafana boss Trott Moloto as interim coach of the Chloorkop outfit.

Moloto's appointment follows the the resignation of Hristo Stoitchkov on Wednesday, but he is not expected to take the job in a full-time capacity as he is set to return to his job on the technical team once a replacement has been found.

A statement on the club's official website reads as follows: 'Mamelodi Sundowns wishes to announce that following a meeting between the Club and Hristo Stoitchkov, Antonio Habas Lopez and Miguel Martinez Gonzalez,it was decided that Trott Moloto assisted by Harris Chueu and Alex Bapela will take the responsibility of coaching the team until the end of the season.

'This is an interim measure because Trott Moloto will have to resume his responsibilities as Head of the Technical Team at the end of the season.'
