Johannesburg - Injured Mamelodi Sundowns star Lebohang Mokoena says he will continue to back his team-mates during his time on the sidelines.
The man known as 'Cheeseboy' pulled up with a hamstring injury in the Brazilians' 2-1 defeat to Orlando Pirates on the weekend.
The Brazilians have not confirmed the extent of the injury as Mokoena has yet to undergo a scan, but he is expected to be ruled out for around six weeks.
Mokoena admits that he knew he had a serious problem as soon as he tweaked his hamstring.
"It was very painful," he told the Sundowns website.
"I felt the tear while I was trying to cross the ball and that is one injury you cannot run off."
He added: "I wish my team-mates well for the coming games and I will be there to support and encourage them every step of the way for the duration of my injury."
