Cape Town - Chippa United coach Ernst Middendorp targets victories in their next two encounters following a disappointing loss to Orlando Pirates.

The Chilli Boys failed to create any kind of real threat in their PSL clash against the Buccaneers as Mpho Makola and Sifiso Myeni’s goals were enough to keep Middendorp’s side at bay.

According to Soccer Laduma, Middendorp has his sights on AmaZulu and Moroka Swallows as he says that those match-ups would need to be a six pointer for Chippa.

“We have to remain concentrated now with two games at home against AmaZulu and Swallows – this is the type of games where we have to get our points,” added Middendorp.

“Today (against Pirates) it would have been a bonus, but they tried and in the end it didn’t it work.”

The Eastern Cape side have now extended their winless run to 10 games.
