Middendorp not going anywhere

Cape Town - Ernst Middendorp's position is not under threat after the club's new owner confirmed that the manager's job is safe.

Max Tshabalala, who took over as owner of Celtic, is keeping the faith in the current managerial team and is not looking to shake things up.

According to Kickoff.com, the members of the Siwelele technical team have been assured, for now, that Tshabalala won't be making any changes.

Tshabalala confirmed that he will be looking to get stuck in with his new team and will be meeting the technical staff today.

Siwelele fans can also breathe a collective sigh of relief as Tshabalala gave his assurance the club will remain in Bloemfontein.

"It's not moving anywhere," he said.

The club has done well in recent times, finishing inside the top 10 for the last five years and will be looking to push on to greater heights under the new leadership.
