Pirates have confirmed that goalkeeper Brighton Mhlongo will be available for
selection when the team plays against Bidvest Wits in Johannesburg next

Mhlongo sustained an injury during the club's 3-3 draw in a
Premiership fixture against Platinum Stars on Wednesday and was replaced during
the second stanza.
However, further examinations have revealed that the injury
is not as severe as was initially thought. His finger is not broken.
"He went for the scan and everything is clear. He has a
swollen finger but it's not broken," Pirates' Mickey Modisane told Soccer Laduma.
Pirates will not take part in any football action at the
weekend, as that has been dedicated to Nedbank Cup action. That has given
Mhlongo an added opportunity to recover for the final stretch of the
