The versatile midfielder's exploits over the last three seasons has captured the attentions of a number of top clubs in the country.
The 25-year-old has been a member of the Tuks first team for seven years and was part of the team that made headlines when they finished runners up in the 2008 Nedbank Cup.
Having resisted the temptation to move away from Tuks, Matsi will be once again be faced with the same preposition in this off-season.
"Tuks is where I started as a professional and it's the club that gave me a chance," Matsi told Football411.
"I don't know what will happen in the off-season my agent is handling that.
"This is football and you never know what will happen tomorrow anything is possible. A few clubs before have shown interest in my services, but Tuks I've always considered my home.
"You never know in football just like it caught us by surprise when coach Steve Barker left last season, there are no guarantees."
