Mahlangu was one of the few players to don both Kaizer Chiefs and Orlando Pirates colours in his playing days.
According to Soccer Laduma, Masuku reveals that he does not see his talent matching the likes of Mahlangu.
“I wouldn’t know about that. Jabu was a fantastic player. I don’t see myself like Jabu. He was too good for me to be compared to him,” Masuku said.
“But I’m honoured to be likened to a player like him. That means I have to work really hard and not disappoint the people that have supported me.
“It shows that I’m moving in the right direction with my game.”
