South African teams are notorious for travelling badly in
continental competitions and there are many who feel that Chiefs' prospects of
advancing have been significantly diminished, especially as the first leg of
this fixture was contested in South Africa.
“It's a two-legged match and it's not over yet,” Masilela
told Soccer Laduma.
“They won here and we can also go to Morocco and win,” added
the Chiefs defender.
As is often the case, Chiefs' ability to create and convert
opportunities will be scrutinized ahead of the second leg but Masilela is
confident that the club will be able to exploit the chances which present
themselves in Casablanca.
“We just have to convert our chances and score goals which
will help us win the away much.
“We have seen them and we know what to expect when we play
against them in the return match,” added Masilela.
