According to KickOff, Mashego was not a happy player at the end of last season but an improved new deal triggered the midfielders form as teams line up to sign the influential midfielder.

“I have a contract with Free State until June 2016 and if ever there is any club interested in my services, then they should approach the club,” said Mashego.

“My focus is solely on continuing to play regular football at the club and continuing to make a positive contribution.”

The 28-year-old reveals that he wants the club to finish in a respectable position at the end of the campaign.
