Masango receives work permit

Cape Town - Bafana Bafana midfielder Mandla Masango has been given the green-light to make his debut for Randers FC on Sunday in the Danish Superliga against Viborg.

The former Kaizer Chiefs wizard received his work permit a week after inking a three-year deal with Randers.

The 26-year-old was included in coach Shakes Mashaba's 25-man squad to take on Mauritania in the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier away on September 5.

Masango left Chiefs after failing to new agree contract terms at the end of the season.

"Mandla has got his work permit. He is available to play," his lawyer, Maurizio Mariano, told KickOff.

I'd keep Siya captain for now, but look to have someone else for 2027.
