Cape Town - Black Leopards coach, Zeca Marques, believes it might prove a difficult task for the Venda-based team to keep their star players after failing to win promotion to the premier league during the promotional play-offs.

Roggert Nyundu, on loan from Polokwane City, is set to return to his parent club while the player has also confirmed that other teams have tabled offers for his services.
Young midfielder, Siphelele Ntshangase, is also hot property and has attracted interest from several PSL teams.
Marques said it has been a bitter pill to swallow for his team – losing out on promotion on goal difference to Jomo Cosmos who yesterday sealed their return to top flight football.
“We have had a special season with the team reaching the play-offs while we also did well in the Nedbank, but now I feel it’s going to be difficult to retain some of the players after failing to win promotion,” Marques told Sport24.
The former Moroka Swallows coach also spoke about his future and said he will meet management of the club to find a way forward.
“I have enjoyed working with this team very much, but we will sit down and discuss the future,” said the coach.
He said the management of the club has been very supportive and hands on in seeing the team succeed this past season.
“I had a very supportive management that was also hands on which I feel was very vital in the team doing well this past season,” he said.
