Manyisa: No resting for Pirates

Cape Town - Orlando Pirates have no time to rest as they continue their quest to do well in Africa.

The team will face Zamalek this coming weekend in Mbombela in the CAF Confederation Cup, and the team has been busy throughout this weekend preparing for that game.

Pirates started the group stages on a high note, beating AC Leopards of Congo 1-0 away in the first game, and captain Oupa Manyisa tells Sport24 that they have been hard at work throughout the week.

"There is no time to rest," Manyisa said.

“We have to keep on working hard as we prepare for the next game.

“There is no time to rest for us and I think that is working to our advantage.

“It's not easy playing in Africa, so we have to be ready all the time.”

I'd keep Siya captain for now, but look to have someone else for 2027.
