Cape Town - Oupa Manyisa has dedicated Orlando Pirates' 4-1 CAF Confederations Cup playoff win over AS Kaloum to the club's fans as the team look to make up for a poor domestic campaign.

The Buccaneers ended the PSL season without any silverware, having finished fourth in the Premiership standings, conceded their Nedbank Cup crown and fallen in the MTN8 final.

However, the Soweto giants still have a shot at redemption as they now find themselves in the Confederations Cup group stages, and Manyisa hopes their performance at the Bidvest Stadium can go some way to restoring pride amongst the Ghost.

"It felt good to see everything go our way; we have been putting a lot of effort in at training, so it paid off today," he said after the match.

"We wanted to come here, enjoy ourselves, and give the supporters something in our last game of the season."
