According to Soccer Laduma, Manqele is training at Chloorkop and nothing has been finalised yet.

There had been much speculation about Manqele but Sundowns confirmed that along with Thami Sangweni the players would be joining the Chilli Boys on a season-long loan deal.

However, Manqele’s agent Josiah Mphono stated that everything will be revealed soon as to what will happen to the midfielder.

“Edward is still at Sundowns. There is no change in his situation. He is training at Sundowns and nothing has been finalised,” said Mphono.

“The discussions are still ongoing. We will be finalising soon.”
