Cape Town - Kaizer Chiefs midfielder, George Maluleka, will miss the Amakhosi’s
final game of the season against AmaZulu with a knee injury.
The 25-year-old old put in arguably his best Chiefs performance in the Nedbank Cup defeat against Wits recently, but was forced to miss the league win over University of Pretoria because of an injury that he picked up in that game.
According to soccerladuma.co.za, the former SuperSport United man will not be able to feature in the Glamour Boys’ final game either, because the technical team is unwilling to risk playing him and aggravating his injury.
Maluleka has had a hot and cold start to his career at Naturena since making the move in January, and the Chiefs faithful will be hoping to see a more consistent Mido when he returns to action at the start of next season.
