Malawian striker set for Wits trial

News reaching Sport24 is that BidVest Wits have invited Malawian striker Sankhani Nyirenda for trials with the club.

The source said that the Malawian national team striker is expected in the country today.

"You know Wits have released Chris Katongo and they want to see if they can bring in another striker and that's why this Malawian striker is coming for trials," the source told Sport24. 

“I understand he is currently playing in Mozambique but I am not sure of the team.”
