The striker arrived at Orlando from Kaizer Chiefs after he refused to extend his contract with the Naturena side.

According to KickOff, Majoro admits that it took some time before players began to feel comfortable around him.

“The truth is most of them (Pirates players) thought I was arrogant when I first arrived,” said the 28-year-old.

“I didn’t just arrive and start making jokes; I got there and greeted each and every one. When you arrive at a new team, you are expected to come and show respect to the ones who are already there.”

It has been reported that the striker was set on signing for SuperSport United before opting to sign for Chiefs’ archrivals.

Majoro came on in the Sea Robbers narrow 1-0 defeat to Chiefs at the Moses Mabhida Stadium in MTN8 Final.

The Ghost travel to Port Elizabeth as they gear up to face Chippa United in the Absa Premiership.

In head-to-head stats, Chippa and Pirates have met in just two previous league matches. Both of those encounters took place in the 2012/13 season.

The Chilli Boys claimed four points, drawing 0-0 in Cape Town before a 1-0 win in the return match in Soweto.

The game will be held at the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium with kick-off scheduled at 15:00 on Saturday, September 27.
