Majoro ready for Sundowns

Johannesburg - AmaZulu striker Lehlohonolo Majoro says his team are more than ready for the upcoming clash with Mamelodi Sundowns and he is prepared for whatever they got planned for him.

The striker has already bagged 11 goals in this his maiden season in top-flight football, but he knows more goals won't come easy.

"Each match is a different ball game altogether and this is why this game is so unpredictable," said Majoro.

"However, for me as a player of AmaZulu I have to make things happen for my team. Even if Sundowns assign a player to man-mark me I will have to pull through and do what my team expects of me."

The 24-year-old believes he is not the only goal threat to the Brazilians as his team-mates also have the ability to hit the back of the net.

"This is a game of 11 players and in AmaZulu we have many players who are capable of scoring," he said.

AmaZulu's leading scorer made it clear fans should not expect to see a repeat of the performance that was on offer between Ajax and Sundowns last week.

"Just because Ajax scored four does not mean automatically we will do the same. But we know their weaknesses and strengths and therefore we know what to expect from them."
