Majoro meets his team-mates

Cape Town - Lehlohonolo “Major” Majoro took part in his first training session as an Orlando Pirates player at the Rand Stadium on Thursday morning.
According to the Orlando Pirates website
, Majoro who completed his move to the Mighty Buccaneers this week, joined his new team-mates for a spirited workout ahead of Saturday's Absa Premiership clash against Free State Stars.
Prior to his first training session, Majoro was presented in front of his new team-mates by the chairperson, Dr Irvin Khoza.
In his address, Khoza said: “I am pleased to welcome Lehlohonolo Majoro to the club and I am confident that he will make a positive contribution to the squad we currently have.”
Speaking after his presentation, the 27-year-old said: “I am pleased to have joined Orlando Pirates. This is a club with a rich and proud history. I want to tell the supporters that I will don this jersey with pride and I look forward to making them happy in everything I do.
“I am thankful to the chairperson for taking the time out of his busy schedule to introduce me to my new team-mates. I have a three-year contract and in that time I want to achieve great things with the team,” he concluded.
Majoro will don the No 45 on his jersey for the remainder of the 2013/14 season.New player, new number (Twitter)
