According to African Football website, the Amajita defender reveals that the months on end debacle he had with his parent club Ajax Cape Town was just a "misunderstanding."

"It was a misunderstanding between me and the CEO, it was just a misunderstanding, but that is all sorted. It was nothing over a contract, it was something else,” said the player.

The 19-year-old admits that he was very frustrated not to get any minutes on the field after Ajax suspended him for months which inevitably meant he would not be available to play for Bafana Bafana or Amajita.

However with this new chapter already in full swing, the defender is looking to rejuvenate his career and hopefully impress Gordon Igesund.

"I'm very happy to be back at SuperSport and working with coach Gordon [Igesund].

“He has a lot of experience, he has been with Bafana, helped a lot of teams and like he said he is planning for the future and hopefully I do enough to impress him to carry on here."
