Sport24 reported that the defender has made an official complaint to the PSL DRC against Ajax Cape Town. Magqwaka wants to secure his release from the Urban Warriors and the matter is set to have a hearing on December 4.

According to KickOff, Efstathiou believes that the under-20 national captain is very impatient and does not want to wait his turn to be promoted to the Urban Warriors first team.

“He's contracted to the club and the only reason he has not played is because he has not progressed enough for the coach to play him,” said Efstathiou.

"Everybody waits for his turn and he is impatient. There are also a few issues with discipline a few times.

Efstathiou reveals that the player has had several individuals claiming to be his agent since he signed for Ajax.

“Since I signed his contract he has changed a few agents and I think Aya needs to sit down and look in the mirror.”
