MTN8 quarter-final tickets now on sale

Cape Town - In just seven days domestic football will return, with this year’s edition of the MTN8 competition ushering the 2015/16 season.

Both MTN8 quarter-final fixtures will be played mid-week this season; Tuesday and Wednesday 4/5 August.

The PSL has confirmed that tickets for the quarterfinal fixtures are now available at Computicket and Shoprite stores countrywide. They are selling at R80 (West stand only) and R40 (for the rest of the stadium).

The League has urged football supporters to purchase their tickets to witness the first act of this season.

Last season’s finalists, Orlando Pirates will kick-off against Ajax Cape Town on Tuesday night at Orlando Stadium on Tuesday while SuperSport United will travel to the heart of Johannesburg to play against Bidvest Wits at the Bidvest Stadium at the same time. 

On Wednesday, Kaizer Chiefs will host Maritzburg United who are making their debut in this competition. On the same night, Mamelodi Sundowns and Bloemfontein Celtic will clash at the Lucas Moripe Stadium.

Tuesday, August 4

Orlando Pirates vs Ajax Cape Town, Orlando Stadium. Kick-off is at 19:30.

Bidvest Wits vs SuperSport United, Bidvest Stadium. Kick-off is at 19:30.

Wednesday, August 5

Kaizer Chiefs vs Maritzburg United, FNB Stadium. Kick-off is at 19:30.

Mamelodi Sundowns vs Bloemfontein Celtic. Lucas Moripe Stadium. Kick-off is at 19:30.
