According to KickOff, Kapeluschnik admits that they are currently in negotiations with Sundowns on extending Laffor’s contract.
“He [Laffor] has been at Sundowns for several years and we are talking to the club at the moment regarding the extension of his contract which is due to expire in June,” Kapeluschnik said.
“A lot of teams are obviously interested but from the recent talks that I have had with Anthony he has told me that he is happy at the club.
“Sundowns is the only club that we are talking to at the moment with regards to his contract which expires in June.”
On many occasions Pitso Mosimane has reiterated that the 29-year-old is not for sale and it seems that the attacking midfielder will now remain at Chloorkop.
