Krol: League three team race

Johannesburg -  Former Orlando Pirates treble winning coach, Ruud Krol, believes the 2011/12 Absa Premiership title will be fought out between only three teams.

Krol is backing log leaders Mamelodi Sundowns, second placed Kaizer Chiefs and third placed Orlando Pirates to take it down to the wire.

The Dutch legend told the Siya crew that the problem with fourth placed SuperSport United is that they are losing touch of their goal.

"I can see the league is very tough and complicated but in my view you can see that it is a three team race. Sundowns are doing well but Chiefs and Pirates also have a chance to win.

“I am counting SuperSport United out because it seems they are losing it. But mind you the so called small teams like Moroka Swallows and Ajax Cape Town, they can also cause upsets but as usual it will be a tough race," Krol expressed.
