Cape Town - Under-fire Kaizer Chiefs coach Steve Komphela has called on his team to bounce back against Golden Arrows in their Absa Premiership clash on Tuesday.
Amakhosi will be eager to get a boost in confidence after their 3-1 defeat to rivals Orlando Pirates in the Soweto derby.
The defending PSL champions have a tricky assignment against the same Arrows side that trumped Pirates 2-0 away from home last week, and Komphela is hoping for immediate response from his charges.
"I think at the back of the disappointing loss to Pirates, when you go to any match, you go in - not that we were not focused in the previous match - but understanding that each time you lose a match you lose ground, and that stakes are higher," Komphela told KickOff.
"In that we'll be playing against Golden Arrows, who have been doing very well, we are aware of their strengths and weaknesses.
"They are quite a fast team, if you give them too much space then they will start to access that space."
