After scoring a sensational goal against Free State Stars, the midfielder admits that there is no time to rest as the games are coming “thick and fast”.
Speaking to the Buccaneers’ website, the 29-year-old revealed that the club has clear plans in place for the next couple of games.
“Look we have goals set but that’s between us (the team),” said Klate.
“Generally, the plan is to get to the magical 30 points by the halfway stage of the season, which means we have to collect at least 16 points in the next seven games.
“We need to make sure we are within touching distance to challenge for league honours because we are going for that and there is a lot to be played for still.
“We know it’s going to be a tough ask but we all want it, the lads are up for the challenge, the spirit and mood of the team is great and we are going for it.”
Black Aces will chase a third successive Absa Premiership win when they host Pirates at Mbombela Stadium on Tuesday, October 21. Kick-off is at 19:30.
